CORY BITTNER is Vice President of Kaleo Building Designs. Cory started working for Pahlisch Homes in 1999 after graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Housing Studies. Starting with the home production team, Cory has worked in Warranty, Field Supervision, Administration and we are now enjoying his skills in Operations Management and Building Design. Cory works with team members to create not only our home designs, but also the designs for our community centers, parks, model homes and entry monuments. As the V.P Operations, he oversees our staffing and facilities maintenance as well as maintaining the company policies and procedures. In each community, Cory is instrumental in implementing the home construction standards, prices, lot premiums, production schedule, overseeing all home purchases and maintaining a role on the Board of Directors for each homeowner association.
MATT GILLETTE is a project manager for Kaleo Building Designs. Matt has enjoyed the privilege of working for Pahlisch Homes since the beginning of 2003. He has a passion for drafting and design, holding a technical degree from Chemeketa Community College that specializes in CAD technology. Taking a leap of faith by uprooting his young family from the Willamette Valley, Matt joined Pahlisch Homes in starting a new beginning here in Central Oregon and was instrumental in the start-up of their in-house design department. He has played a large part in developing Pahlisch Homes’ vast library of award-winning floor plans and strongly believes in adapting a design to meet the needs of a client. Matt also spends time assisting other departments with various needs related to site layout and design. He feels blessed to be able to work and live in Central Oregon as well as provide the area with the best service related to building design.
SETH WALDRON is a project manager for Kaleo Building Designs. Seth has been working for Pahlisch homes since the spring of 2007 after starting out designing custom homes through-out Southern and Central Oregon. He started going to job sites with his father at an early age and eventually picked up framing and concrete construction practices. After spending a few years working in Los Angeles, Seth decided to settle down with his family in Central Oregon where he attended and completed a design/drafting program at Central Oregon Community College. By taking everything he learned out in the field, Seth applied his construction knowledge to the production of working drawings. As a designer/drafter at Pahlisch Homes, he works closely with our team to come up with designs and construction drawings to meet the needs of our clients. For each project, Seth works closely with the structural engineer, truss/I-joist designers and city or county offices to ensure an efficient construction process.
